GTA 6's First Trailer Coming December 5, Miami Setting Teased

Rockstar Games has heavily hinted the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto game will arrive on Tuesday, December 5. It will appear that day at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET, Rockstar said in a social media post and confirmed with GameSpot. [Update: The GTA 6 trailer is now available ahead of schedule.]

GTA 6's First Trailer Coming December 5, Miami Setting Teased

A teaser image suggests that the rumors were right and that the next GTA could be set in GTA’s version of Miami–Vice City–given the palm trees and seagulls in the teaser image. The teaser does not mention GTA by name, but in all likelihood, that’s what this image is referring to.

An email from Rockstar Games states that this will be “trailer 1” for the next GTA game. Whether or not GTA 6 shows up two days later at The Game Awards on December 7 remains to be seen.
